Now 13 years since I attended
ISL, I continue to carry the events/processes
of ISL with me daily. I most appreciate
the confidence to live spiritually
and connect spiritually in various
dimensions of my life; maintaining
a contemplative attitude in what
at times can be chaotic personal/political/professional
engagements.

awareness and self-leadership that
is integral to ISL's approach appeals

ISL programs welcome adult
lay men and women, religious and clergy
of all faith traditions; professionals
and non-professionals.
A familiarity with the tradition of Christian mystical spirituality and theology,
as well as depth psychology, is helpful but not at all required.
Diversity among program participants has long been one of the great strengths
and riches of ISL.
The Institute welcomes men and women of any race, color, creed, sexual orientation,
national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities
generally accorded or made available to participants. It does not discriminate
on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin or sexual orientation
in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, or other
Institute-administered programs.
