Applicants to the Weekday or Weekend Programs should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or competency.
• Significant life experience.
• Age 33 or older.
• Readiness to reflect deeply on personal experience and participate in group process.
• Openness, flexibility and intentionality about spiritual growth.

Participation in ISL workshops and other episodic programs is open to all adults.

Applicants are encouraged to have their completed materials submitted by June 1. The staff assesses applicants on their total background and experience, their psychological and spiritual readiness, their capacity for spiritual leadership. Applicants will be notified of the admission decision within six weeks of receipt of final application materials.
