ISL offers one of the oldest, internationally known and respected spiritual direction training programs in the world. At ISL, we believe that an effective spiritual director or companion must attend to his or her own inner journey as well as to the directee's. Therefore, ISL's program invites intensive personal work through spiritual direction and small group work. Companioning skills are learned in a professional environment including supervised direction sessions, peer and individual supervision and small group process work. The ISL program assists participants in discerning their call to the ministry of spiritual direction.  | | |||||
